Sam Jones entered the construction industry in 1996 and has since gained an expansive amount  of knowledge and experience in home theater, skilled carpentry, and on-site project  management. Sam found his current career with Veritas Fine Homes as Assistant in Design,  Project Estimation, Pre-Construction Services, including but not limited to site layout, utility  planning, permitting, subcontractor coordination and communication, and scheduling. Being a  Durango native, Sam is self-educated on the knowledge management and construction business growth locally. He is enthusiastic about his daily tasks and strives to make sure each project for Veritas Fine Homes is presented with a reasonable budget, based on industry costs/  trends. He tracks the budget throughout the project duration, and ensures the project is delivered within its scheduled time, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.

Sam serves on the  Board of Directors HBASC (Home Builder’s Association of the Southwest Colorado) as well as his  community HOA. He is a large supporter as well as participant of the Parade of Homes.  

Sam grew up ranching, building show cars, and spent six years in the United States Navy. In his spare time, Sam loves to mountain bike, paddleboard, play hockey, and softball. He has  two boys, Conner, 14, and Sawyer, 12. To Sam, they are the light of his world.
