Rachel was born and raised in a small town near Scranton, PA and later went on to receive her degree in Communications and Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After the completion of her degree, she went on to explore the big cities across Texas before she found her home here in Durango, CO. 

Rachel comes to Veritas having developed a strong background in client relationship management through work with non-profits and most recently, two years of direct and local experience in custom residential design and construction. After the career change from her work with non-profits to design and construction, she met two design mentors who taught her the value of making a beautiful home while also connecting with the clients she serves. Thanks to these two mentors, she found a career that she is truly passionate about in the construction industry! 

Rachel is a firm believer in helping others and making your experience as smooth and fun as possible because a home isn’t just where you lay your head at night - it’s a place where first steps are taken, tears are shed, and life is celebrated. She feels incredibly blessed to call Durango and Veritas home.

When she isn’t at work, you can find her dabbling in many different activities – hiking, horseback riding, boating, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, on a road trip, or reading… though she is still trying to pick just one or two hobbies to focus on because she enjoys trying a little bit of everything small town living in the mountains has to offer!
