Juniper Tree Ranch Reinvented

A lovely Southwest home surrounded by large growth juniper trees built in the 1990’s.

Consisting of three levels and at approximately 6,000 Square feet, the Juniper Tree Ranch was originally built combining a Southwest/ Spanish style embracing Southwest Mexican tile and trims in all the bathrooms. The vision was to transform the home into more of rustic and modern style dwelling while maintaining the home’s Southwest vernacular. As with most renovations, protecting the home’s original design intent and the client’s initial investment are both paramount. Opening up the floor plan through the kitchen, dining and entertaining areas was at the heart of the renovation. Our goal was achieved also adding equity to the existing home. The work completed included the kitchen and new appliances, a breakfast nook and built in bench seat, five bathrooms total, and all floors were replaced with the reclaimed hardwood seen today. The fireplaces were then finished out from Spanish adobe to a more modern blend to compliment other upgraded trimmings.
